Golden Fields Dandelion Chai

is made from roasted organic dandelion roots (60%) and 5 spices. We import directly the spices from Indonesia. They are certified organic and from the latest harvest. The 5 spices are a wonderful blend of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom and clove. Only the dandelion roots are roasted, the spices not. This hot drink goes well with or after any meal, or by itsef.

Golden Fields Dandelion Coffee is commercially grown on Golden Fields’ certified organic farm close to Christchurch in New Zealand. Dandelion is a difficult plant to grow commercially and is labour intensive, which explains the price.

The Dandelion CHAI (DC25, DC100, DC5) is only available in sachets. There are 3.3g per sachet.

Ingredients: Finely ground dandelion root, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, clove. The spices are certified organic from Indonesia. It is a truly beautiful flavour (like liquid Belgium biscuits!).

Directions: One sachet per cup, use preheated cup, pour boiling water, cover, infuse 5–10 minutes, squeeze sachet with teaspoon and stir.
